Digital Denae is a photography business based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Photography became my passion when I realized how important it is to look back at pictures of my life and the lives around me and see the personalities of the people in the pictures. I am happy to offer my services at reasonable prices. I feel very strongly about you owning the rights to YOUR OWN pictures. So by paying for a sitting fee, you are also buying the rights to your own photos. This means you can do what you want with your pictures. Copy them, re-print them, or email them.
Capturing the essence of who you are, who your children are, who your parents or grandparents are is my goal. My wish is that everyone will look back on the archives of their lives a be able to re-live every moment as though it just happened yesterday. |
Photography
I will capture the radiance on a bride’s face when she sees her groom for the first time, or the tenderness they share in a few stolen moments before the wedding ceremony. I want to get a picture of great-grandpa sleeping in his chair on a Sunday afternoon, or playing on the floor with his 3-year old great grandson. My goal is to uncover the hard to find smile of your graduating senior and to capture the intense curiosity on a child’s face when they discover a new toy.
Technical
I use a Nikon 10.0 megapixel DSLR. I love to take advantage of the parks and other landscaping in Sioux Falls, but am also very willing to travel to a location that is special to you or your family. Natural environments make people the most relaxed, lending to more natural looking photos. I also have portable backdrops and a Nikon creative lighting system for a “studio” look. Your proofs will be available online. After your session, I will give you a cd filled with high resolution images that you can get prints from, or you will be able to order prints directly through me (however, I can only guarantee the quality of your prints if you have them printed through my lab. I do not guarantee prints from local drugstores or national chain stores). The rights to the pictures will belong to you and me both.
